The Employer
This healthcare sales vacancy is available at a digital health company selling an online weight management service – a digital health intervention for behaviour change. The company’s product supports the NHS and other Healthcare Providers to deliver behavioural weight management services to adults who require support to lose weight and/or manage their long-term health condition such as Obesity and Type 2 Diabetes. The product provides patients with several levels of support ranging from diet, nutrition, lifestyle, and behaviour change through to a virtual clinic model whereby the patient is able to engage with healthcare professionals, including dieticians.
The Role – Sales Manager
- You will have responsibility for creating commercial partnerships with NHS commissioners.
- You will identify opportunities for new business.
- You will deliver sales presentations to the multi-disciplinary teams who have responsibility for commissioning digital health interventions for behaviour change in weight management.
- Working alongside the company’s Sales Director you will close the deal by negotiating the financial terms of the commercial partnership.

Candidate Criteria
- Digital Health sales experience to include experience of selling digital health solutions to NHS buyers.
- An understanding of behavioural weight management services, and in particular Tier 2 and Tier 3 weight management services within the NHS.
Salary, Location, and Working pattern
- Salary range is £63,000 to £70,000 dependent upon skills & experience.
- You will earn sales commission in addition to the base salary.
- The employer is based in London however remote or hybrid working is possible.
- Due to the nature of this role it is necessary for you to travel to attend sales meetings in person at locations throughout the UK.
