Membership Executive :
The majority of the 30,000 Consultants who work in Private Healthcare are members of this organisation and therefore the organisation has a high profile in the medical community. Membership Executive Responsibilities :
Because you are the first point of contact for the Membership you have the responsibility of responding to Membership enquires as well as providing the Members with guidance about the rules that govern their Membership of the organisation.
You are also responsible for ensuring that the Customer Relationship Database (CRM) is kept up-to-date which therefore means that you will liaise with the Members in order to make sure that the information which is held on the CRM is correct. Because you are managing the CRM you will also provide assistance to the Communication’s Team when the Team are sending out mailing campaigns to the Membership.
The organisation’s executive committee host a series of meetings. You will provide administrative support in order to make sure that the meetings run smoothly and therefore you will send out invitations, book meeting rooms, distribute the meeting papers, and monitor the Member’s attendance.
Therefore your role as Membership Executive is crucial in maintaining the high reputation of this organisation.

Candidate Criteria :
- Experience of Healthcare Administration including providing support to Consultants is essential
- You will need to have excellent MS Office skills including a high level of MS Excel skills.
- Experience of maintaining a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) database is required.
