Data Quality Analyst

This is an opportunity to join the healthcare data services team, as a Data Quality Analyst, at a not-for-profit patient information organisation.

The organisations uses the insights gained from data analyses in order to measure patient care and patient safety. The reports, which the organisation publishes, help patients make decisions about their care plans and also helps hospitals and other healthcare organisations to deliver improvements in patient care and patient safety. 

Responsibilities as Data Quality Analyst

As Data Quality Analyst, at this not-for-profit patient information organisation, you have responsibility for making sure that the patient data which is submitted to the data analysts within the organisation meets data quality criteria such as consistency, accuracy, timeliness, completeness, reliability, and relevance. You will document data specifications, methods, and processes as well as create test scenarios and carry out data quality testing. As well as day to day data quality assurance you will support the Information Services Manager to deliver data quality improvement initiatives across the organisation.

Salary & Benefits

  • £35,000 per annum

Candidate Criteria for Data Quality Analyst

In order to be considered for this opportunity it is essential that you have experience of working on Data Quality projects within a healthcare environment.
