Your key responsibilities..

In your capacity as Business Analyst you will liaise across the organisation in order to identify business needs, and because healthcare data is highly sensitive in nature, your stakeholders include the Information Governance team, which means that you’ll make sure that all data security demands are known and recorded. You’ll create a set of Business Processes in order to record (document) the organisation’s needs. Following your creation of a set of Business Processes you will determine Functional and Non-Functional needs, following which you will create schedules of work which incorporate all of the business needs.

You will report to the Product Manager, who has plenty of experience in the delivery of digital healthcare products, and this therefore means that you’ll gain excellent knowledge as a result of the Product Manager’s mentoring.

Candidate Criteria – Business Analyst:

  • Experience of specification of requirements for Web Application development.
  • Experience of Release management, as well as Risk & Issue management.
  • Ability to specify business processes and requirements via methods such as Swimlanes, Capability Modelling, Data Flow and Unified Modelling3 Language Diagrams (DFD’s & UML).
  • Capable of specification of test scenarios and cases
  • Familiar with Agile and Waterfall methodologies
  • Experience of working in an organisation which is guided by certified information standards, such as ISO27002
